Fiduciary Education and Compliance Symposium

The first annual Metro Detroit Fiduciary Education and Compliance Symposium will be held from 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., Thursday, September 20. The conference will focus on the future of 401(k) plan design, implementation, administration and participant service. Special emphasis will be placed on increasing civil litigation issues and federal regulatory attention being directed at plan sponsors and their fiduciary responsibilities. CPAs attending this conference will earn 3.5 hours of Continuing Education (CE) credits.

Trone is widely considered to be the leading expert on fiduciary responsibility and was named one of the 50 most influential people in the retirement industry in 2007.
